Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, allowing you to draw down data as needed. With credits, you can order data without entering payment details each time. Buying credits in bulk also reduces the cost per record.

While data processing typically takes only a few minutes, please allow approximately one working day for Selectabase to conduct compliance and verification checks. These checks include:

• Review of your selection criteria

If these checks have already been completed, your data will be available immediately. Upon approval, you’ll receive a notification email with instructions to securely download your data.
